The Mortgage Process

WE HAVE A CHAT

A loan officer will consult with you on your credit, manage expectations and go over in detail what your available financing options are based on your situation or need. Our experienced loan officers will help choose the perfect loan program that’s ideal for your family.

APPLY FOR YOUR LOAN

We move full speed ahead with your application, which includes gathering as much information as possible up-front. The information gathered upfront primarily includes work history, paystubs, taxes, bank statements and ID.

UNDERWRITING SUBMISSION & CONDITIONAL APPROVAL

After we receive the requested documents from you, we will promptly order title, appraisal and other 3rd party items required for your loan. Your documents will then be submitted for underwriting for an initial review. At this point, your loan is approved and we are given the final conditions needed for you to close.

RESUBMISSION & CLEAR TO CLOSE

We will gather any additional documents required along with all 3rd party paperwork received and submit them back to the underwriter at this time. The underwriter does a final review of your loan, confirms that all conditions have been met and signs off on final approval. This means you are Clear to Close!

CLOSING

We now work with you and title to schedule your closing date and time. We will also work with closing attorneys to verify your final cash to close. Congratulations, you did it!
